7th Annual Smokefest

35 barbecue teams are expected to compete for cash prizes in two categories. Teams will barbecue four meats: chicken, brisket, ribs and pulled pork!  There will be a food tent featuring Hormel pulled pork, brisket and ribs, along with side dishes and hot dogs for kids. Heartland Country Corn Maze

Navigate through the 11-acre corn maze in the design of two swans. With maze map and questions, find checkpoints containing answers. Find hidden checkpoint for free treat. American Heart Association Heart Walk to Save Lives
Saturday 8am @ Falls Park
The non-competitive, one-mile and three-mile walk includes teams of employees from local companies, along with friends and family members of all ages. Event features the Heart Festival, which includes inflatables, balloon twisters, refreshments, educational booths, and free blood pressure screenings. 2013 Sioux Falls PRIDE

Drag Show at 1:30 p.m. Features food, various booths and vendors and kids games and activities during the day in an open and affirming outdoor event in support of the local LGBTQA Community. All are welcome; open to the public.

Team Taylor Kickn’ Lupus
Saturday 5pm-11pm @ Worthing Fire Station
Taylor Stroschein, a 13-year-old that lives in Lennox and has recently been diagnosed with Lupus. The event will feature a free-will donation meal and a silent auction, a kids dance, then a junior dance. The dance will include pop, a photo booth and more. The cost for the dance is $5 per child. Chaperones will be in full force. All activities held at the Worthing Fire Station.

Lee Daniels’ The Butler (PG13)
