CSNY to Headline Bridge School Benefit Concert!

by Mark Cartwright

For fans of Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young, any reunion of the four is a reason to celebrate.  The lineup for the 27th annual Bridge School Benefit Concert been announced.  The Bridge School is an amazing place, curated by Neil Young.  It's for children who have severe speech and physical impairments, and helps them find alternative ways of communicating.  The exciting news is that Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young will reunite to headline the event.  Elvis Costello , and Heart are also on the card, along with several other major acts.

The last time I heard CSNY sing together live, I was disappointed, mostly with Stills' voice.  Stephen has had hearing difficulties since he was young, but by 2003 it was more and more noticeable, to the point where it was obvious he couldn't hear his pitch.  But that was before he discovered Oticon hearing aids.  The result is that Stills can now hear his voice and his guitar again, better than he has in many years, and the results have been impressive.  Their 2009 appearance at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary show was awesome. This makes their upcoming CSNY reunion even more exciting!
