Breakfast cereals are loaded with too much sugar for kids.
Researchers looked at more than 1,500 cereals including 181 marketed to children.
Kids cereal's have about 40% more sugars than adult cereals, when you average it all out.
And Kellogg's Honey Smacks was one of the worst for kids with 56% sugar by weight.
So maybe we go back to the olden days and have grapefruit and toast? Unlikely.
