According to a new study… chewing food more actually helps you eat less.
Researchers watched 47 people who were given pizza rolls to eat at three different sessions. Some were told to chew more each session.
They found people ate about 10% less food which led to 70 fewer calories, when they increased their chewing by 50%.
And when they doubled their chewing, they ate 15% less food and 112 fewer calories.
