Easy/High Protien Breakfast

This is so easy!

You can make them a week at a time and keep them in the fridge in an air-tight container, and it's a High Energy Breakfast that keeps you feeling full longer than any other "Bar" I've tried.

(Below is a photo of a Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie that kinda looks like the finished product of this tasty little tidbit.)

Coat a medium mixing bowl with non-stick spray.


2 Cups Whole Old Fashion Oat Meal (not the quick Oates)

1 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

1 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter

1 Cup Ground Flax or Bran

2/3 Cup Honey

2 Teaspoons of Vanilla

Mix together in the bowl until all is well mixed together. 

Coat two muffin pans with non-stick spray and fill each individual compartment with the mixture.

Place the muffin pans in the fridge for two hours or until mixture in chilled and firm.  Take out of muffin pans and place in an air tight container and keep them in the fridge until ready to eat.

2 of these are high in Protein, Fiber and Healthy Fat and will keep you feeling full for up to 5 hours.
