A diverse group of artists are teaming up to star in an upcoming education-themed TV special that will air later this month.  According to the Hollywood Reporter , Jason Mraz, Lady Antebellum , Miley Cyrus and Glee star Matt Morrison will appear in The Real Change Project: Artists for Education.

The special will feature musical performances, interviews, and footage of the stars going back to their hometown schools to introduce the teachers who inspired them, as well as highlighting current students and school organizations.

The show, produced in association with Adopt a Classroom, will air two weeks before National Teacher Appreciation Week. Adopt a Classroom helps teachers get the resources they need, thereby increasing their students' chances of success.

Liam Murphy, founder of Real Change Productions, tells the Hollywood Reporter , "The goal of our show is to not only honor these teachers but to also inspire Americans to adopt a classroom and support those who are shaping the minds of tomorrow by providing the supplies that enable them to keep making a difference today."

The special will air April 23 at 7 p.m. on CBS, and also in syndication on other networks. Other stars who'll appear include Justin  Bieber, rapper Pitbull , "Sexy and I Know It" duo LMFAO and super-producer Quincy Jones .
