SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls Fire-Rescue Chief Jim Sideras advises residents to shelter in place tonight, meaning stay in your home.
Sideras says limit travel because the roads are bad and will only get worse with six to eight inches of snow in the forecast.
He says firefighters are responding to calls but they are prioritizing them. He says you might have a problem and it may take time for crews to get there but that's only because someone has something worse going on in their life. He says everyone is getting responded to.
Sideras also advises not heating your home with a heater that uses fuel because it can produce carbon monoxide
