This year, Alicia Keys ' nonprofit organization, Keep a Child Alive, will celebrate its 10th anniversary at its annual Black Ball later this fall.

Taking place on November 7 at New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom, the event will include special performances from Alicia, who will also take on hosting duties, and additional entertainers in an effort to raise money for children and families in Africa and India affected by HIV.

"As I look back on the last ten years, I’m overjoyed by how far we’ve come and so incredibly proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish," said Alicia in a statement. "Since day one, Keep a Child Alive has been about directly touching the people who need us most!"

She added, "It is such a passion for me, gives me real purpose and I couldn’t be more thankful to everyone who has supported us to make this real!  We are truly touching lives, and we couldn't do it without our Keep a Child Alive family who has made this all possible."

Tickets for the benefit start at $3,500 and go all the way up to $100,000 for a table. For more information, visit their official website, KeepAChild.org now.
