Taylor Swift has now received two Golden Globe nominations, but something that has so far eluded her is a nomination for an Academy Award.  And the singer says that even though she doesn't make lists of the things she'd like to accomplish, that particular honor is one she cares about.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly , Taylor says, "I would love to win another Grammy. I would love to get to go the Oscars someday. That’s why I’m so happy to get to be a part of movies."

Taylor's dream may come true in early 2014 if her song "Sweeter than Fiction," from the movie One Chance, ends up getting nominated.  It's one of 75 tunes deemed eligible for an Oscar nod this year.  So far, the song, which she co-wrote with Jack Antonoff of fun. , has earned a Golden Globe nomination, so its chances aren't too bad.

The singer adds that there's a "huge chance" that she'll collaborate with Antonoff again, since she's "really good friends" with his girlfriend Lena Dunham, the Emmy-winning star and creator of the show Girls.  "The three of us are always hanging out," she tells EW .

As for her next album, Taylor has said that it'll have a new sound.  Asked to dish on the details of that new sound, she tells EW , "Describing it is difficult. At the core of what I do, it’s always going to revolve around a confessional storyline and filling my fans in on what my life has actually been."

"It’s become this lifeline between me and my friends and they know that no matter what they read in some magazine, they’re going to hear the actual accounting of it when the album comes out," she explains.  We can't wait.
