Sheryl Crow went country in 2013, but she's singing the blues these days over her Tennessee farm.
According to RealtyToday.com , Sheryl has slashed the price on her 51-acre spread from $4.5 million to $3.8 million. She originally listed all 147acres of her Nashville-area property for $7.5 million in 2010, but Sheryl decided to reduce the lot size after the property failed to sell.
The current offering includes the more than 10,000-square-foot main residence, a 14-stall horse barn, and an outdoor pool. The other 96 acres and a guest house are being sold separately.
