SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO-AM) - The city and state continue studying ways to improve traffic flow and reduce crashes in the I-229 and 26th Street corridor.     Shannon Ausen, with the city Engineering Department, says they have just started identifying as many options as possible.     Ausen says exhibits and surveys are available on the project's website at 26thstreetcorridorstudy.com.     She says engineers know a certain number of lanes for traffic are needed but they want to make sure they limit impacts as much as possible and that's where public input is critical.     Ausen says a second public hearing is scheduled for this summer.     She says a single option may be ready in a year but construction money is funded for 2017-'18
