SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - If automatic spendingspening cuts take effect March 1, the South Dakota National Guard says it maybe forced to furlough 548 full time personnel for 22 days.     Major General Tim Reisch says over half the Guard's full time employees would lose a days work, and pay, each week for 22 weeks beginning in April.     Reisch says making plans if sequestration goes into effect are strictly precautionary.     The proposed cutbacks for the Guard involve full time personnel classified as military technicians in the army and air guard.     Reisch says it would be an extremely unfortunate consequence that could create financial hardships for hundreds of dedicated men and women.
