Two men have reportedly been charged in New York with claiming to represent Lady Gaga , among other artists, and allegedly “organizing” fake concerts in order to scam money from promoters.
TMZ reports Sylvester Vincent Carroll and Meceo McEaddy , who also goes by the name Ray Annis , have been charged with grand larceny and scheming to defraud in the first degree. Carroll is also facing criminal tax fraud charges.
The men allegedly pushed fake concerts involving Gaga, Rihanna and Ke$ha , collecting more than two million dollars in the process. They are accused of spending the money on luxuries like cars and restaurants.
