Aaron Rodgers says it's been a tough five weeks

(WNFL) - Green Bay Packers' quarterback Aaron Rodgers says it's been a tough five weeks -- and he's happy they're 3-and-2 going into their Sunday home contest against Cleveland.  On his weekly E-S-P-N Milwaukee radio show, Rodgers said the Packers are short-handed in some areas due to a rash of injuries.  He still believes the Packers can do some special things this year, but the overall look of the team quote, "might not be as flashy as some fans might expect or want."  Rodgers said the Packers still have an exciting offense, despite the absence of receiver-and-kick returner Randall Cobb.  Cobb was put yesterday on the injured reserve/designated to return list, which means he cannot play again until December 15th at the earliest.  Rodgers said the Packers were just one yard away from having four straight 100-yard rushing games.  He said the team needs a strong running game to open up a passing game that's had a slow start in its most recent games.  Rodgers said he can definitely play better, after a pair of fumbles last Sunday at Baltimore.  But he says it's not about the stats -- it's about winning.  Rodgers noted that he did not have his best numbers in the 2010 season, when Green Bay last won the Super Bowl.
