OneRepublic 's home state of Colorado has been hit hard by tragedy in the last two years.  In 2012 it was the Aurora shooting; now, it's the deadly floods that have destroyed homes, wiped out roads and caused mass evacuations in the last few days.  It's no wonder that the band is now planning to lend a helping hand with a benefit concert.

OneRepublic's third annual Acoustic Christmas Concert, scheduled for December 20 at the Ogden Theater in Denver Colorado, has now been turned into a benefit for Colorado flood victims.  "$$ Goes to Colorado flood victims!! HELP THEM! Tix on sale THIS SATURDAY," the band tweeted .  "Colorado could use some help."

The tickets for the show range from $75 to $175, and as the band explains, "We have increased the ticket price due to the recent tragic flood in our state. More devastation = more help needed."

OneRepublic will finish up their tour with Sara Bareilles this Saturday in Grand Prairie, Texas.
