SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO AM) - Sioux Falls police caught an alleged burglar last Friday who may be responsible for thirty heists.

Officer Sam Clemens says after a burglary at Zoup, near 41st and Kiwanis, police arrested 51-year-old Richard James Kyles.

Clemens says police found a tire iron in Kyles’ car that was filed down as a burglary tool.

Kyles is charged with third-degree burglary and possession of a controlled substance.  Police found 29 baggies all with cocaine residue at his home.

Police suspect Kyles has been active for months and took cash from the businesses.
