Sioux Falls, SD (KELO-AM) Both a woman on a motorcycle and a woman on a bicycle were killed in Sioux Falls Wednesday.
Wednesday night, authorities report that 35-year-old Shauna Lynn Rose of Sioux Falls was a passenger on a motorcycle when she was hit from behind and killed on I-229 near the I-29 interchange. Earlier that day, 22-year-old Natasha Adams of Sioux Falls, riding her bicycle, was struck and killed by an SUV near 49th and Kiwanis.
Officer Sam Clemons tells KELO that the car was pulling out of a business, trying to merge with traffic when it struck Adams, pinning the bicycle under the vehicle. The Driver of the SUV is Terra Zahn of Sioux Falls.
