Couch to 5k

If running a 5k is on your bucket list, an ap may be the easiest way to get started, and follow through. If you're a beginner, Couch to 5k is meant for you. It will literally get you off of the couch and running a 5k in just 2 months!

I love it because it TELLS you what to do every step of the way. It also lets you ease into running, so you don't get worn out and frustrated from day 1. It keeps track of your progress as time goes on, and can even track your speed as you run!! If you need to change your pace, it lets you know.

It'll give you updates during your work out and even let you listen to your own play list. If you start now, you can be running races THIS summer! When you set your mind on a specific goal, it's much easier to stay on track working out.
