Turner County has a New Courthouse
PARKER, S.D. (KELO.com) - Turner County's new courthouse is now open for business. The old courthouse was demolished a year and a half ago. The treasurer's office was busy yesterday with vehicle license plate work. Court proceedings will begin next month.
