Looking for a low-cal dessert idea? I hadn’t made this dessert in years… and last night, out of the blue…. it popped into my head. DIET COKE CAKE! Seriously, so good. And, simple. And, not a lot of calories.
Ingredients: 1 package chocolate cake mix, 4 egg whites, 1 can of Diet Coke.
- Mix cake mix, egg whites and Diet Coke
- Bake at 350 degrees in a 9 X 13 inch greased pan for 15-22 minutes
Optional topping: (fat -free) Cool Whip and and 1 small box chocolate sugar-free pudding
*If you choose white cake mix, use 7-Up.
