SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota is one of 17 states that has seen an increase in the rate of COVID-19 cases.
According to data compiled by the New York Times Coronavirus Tracking Project, South Dakota has seen a 27% increase in coronavirus cases in the last 14 days.
That gave South Dakota the 9th highest rate of increase.
Nebraska had the second-highest rate of increase at 137%.
Iowa had the 15th-highest rate of COVID cases increase 1t 15%.
South Carolina had the highest rate of increase at 142%.
