SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota State University’s Frost Arena is getting a makeover.
In an announcement made Monday afternoon, school officials announced a $50 million renovation project for the arena, which will improve the facilities of the school’s basketball, volleyball, and wrestling teams.
Officials also announced a $20 million donation to the project by First Bank & Trust.
Under the agreement, First Bank & Trust will assume naming rights to the facility.
The new name of the building will be First Bank & Trust Arena.
The proposed project is currently awaiting approval by the South Dakota Board of Regents.
