Law enforcement is looking to apprehend Robert Dave Hemmah
Hemmah, age 38, is a Caucasian male who stands 5 foot five and is 155 pounds.
He has hazel eyes and brown hair cut short to almost bald.
He is wanted for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer.
