SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux County, Iowa man is behind bars after soliciting a minor for sex.
35-year-old Andrew Joslin of Hospers was taken into custody on Tuesday after the Sioux County Sheriff’s Office determined that Joslin had sexual contact with a minor female.
He’s currently charged with sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of third degree sexual abuse and two counts of lascivious conduct with a minor.
