RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — They’ll stand trial in March. Coach Luke Norden and board member Jeremy Borgan of the Mitchell Baseball Association are charged with failing to report the alleged rapes of two 16 year old boys. The charges are related to assaults that took place while the team was traveling in Rapid City in June. Pennington County State’s Attorney Lara Roetzel alleged Norden and Borgan had “knowledge of crimes and, as mandated reporters, did not immediately report to law enforcement.”
