Possible increase in classroom funding for South Dakota reservations

Despite the shutdown, reservation school districts are hopeful for an increase in funding for classrooms and construction. Northern Plains News reports Congress is considering a bill to increase funding levels over five years, which would benefit schools in Todd County and the Oglala Lakota District.
