A partial government shutdown has begun and John Thune blames democrats

As feared, Republicans and Democrats failed to reach a funding agreement last night, so a partial government shutdown has begun. Senate Majority leader John Thune says Democrats chose partisan interests over the American people. Democrats say they’re trying to restore funding for health care.
