SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The first Sioux Falls-area legislative coffee will be Saturday from 10 to 11:45 a.m. at The HUB at Southeast Technical College.
Legislators from Districts 6, 9, 13 are scheduled to be at the first coffee. The Greater Sioux Falls Chamber of Commerce is the main sponsor. They say they will provide social distancing and proper hygiene. The event will also be livestreamed.
Other scheduled coffees. All events are on Saturdays from 10 to 11:45 a.m. at STC:
- Feb. 20–Districts 10, 12, and 14.
- Feb. 27–Districts 11, 15, and 25.
The Chamber says legislators from District 16 can attend the date that best fits their schedule.
Other sponsors are AARP, Sioux Falls Education Association, and the League of Women Voters.
The event is free.
