Out of an abundance of caution, the Sioux Falls Parks and Recreation Department says they closed all outdoor public pools Thursday at 3:30 p.m. due to poor outdoor air quality.
Outdoor pools will reopen tomorrow (Friday) at 1 p.m., weather permitting.
The Midco Aquatic Center is open for its regularly scheduled hours of 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
