Or maybe skirmish is a better term.
The Kum & Gos at Minnesota and Russell and Minnesota and 5th Street have lowered the price of regular unleaded gasoline from $4.19 a gallon to $4.09.
Meanwhile, the BP at Minnesota and 14th Street is holding firm at $4.19 a gallon.
Stations between Harrisburg and Minnesota Ave. have been selling for $4.19 a gallon for a couple of weeks now.
The Washington Post reports that gasoline is now over $4 a gallon in all states for the first time.
