Winter weather makes its return

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Winter weather made its return, blanketing the area with snow and creating slippery roads.  KELO.com News had a report of 4 inches of fresh snow in Dell Rapids.  Drivers were urged to slow down and take precautions during the morning commute. There have been reports of numerous accidents in and around Sioux Falls. Several schools south of Sioux Falls had late starts. The National Weather Service says we will continue to see light to moderate snowfall this morning.  Strong northwest winds, gusting 25-35 mph, will create reduced visibility from blowing snow.
