SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The city of Sioux Falls announced an upgrade to the way you pay your utility bill. OneMeter is a new portal for utility customers to have more visibility into their account. Utility Billing Manager Matt Nelson explains the website upgrade and new app.
New functions on the software will happen later this year, such as a leak notification, an ability to view hourly or daily reads on your daily water usage.
