WATERTOWN, SD (KELO.com) — Gruesome video and graphic testimony in the first day of testimony in a Watertown murder trial. Jeremiah Peacemaker is being tried on a first degree murder charge in the 2020 death of Kendra Owen. Her decapitated and decomposing body was found by police, who were called when friends and family didn’t hear from her. Attorney General Marty Jackley is prosecuting.
The trial is expected to last about two weeks.
