Speed limit is changing south of Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — You may want to check your speed the next time you travel Highway 11 south of Sioux falls. The state is extending the 55-mile an hour speed zone, moving it from 69th street to just south of Shindler. The change takes effect on Monday, September 8th.
