SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Department of Corrections is urging caution about the release of an inmate they say is a high risk to re-offend. 49-year old Carl Six Toes is being released in Sioux Falls today, having served his entire sentence for sexual contact with a person incapable of giving consent. He’s Six feet, two inches tall, weights about 250 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.
