Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — The jury reconvened Friday for the sexual assault trial of a Sioux Falls massage therapist. Kurt Smit is accused of inappropriately touching four women at Massage Envy. The jury in Smit’s trial could not reach a verdict and a judge declared a mistrial. The judge said the jury could not reach probability on either count.
