PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota land purchases by a number of hostile nations would be banned under a bill passed by the south Dakota Senate. China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia and Venezuela won’t be allowed to buy land in the state if it becomes law. Lawmakers also banned foreign purchases of farm land in the state two years ago.
