UNDATED (KELO.com) — The US Postal Service says its delivery performance in South Dakota is better than average, but many state residents disagree. The service developed the “Delivering for America Plan”, which many say has made delivery times far worse. Rural newspaper companies have been hit especially hard by slow delivery.
