SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A three-member recount board was back at work Thursday, trying to determine the winner of the runoff election for Mayor of Sioux Falls. More than 31-thousand election day votes are being reviewed, and some say that could be completed sometime Thursday evening. Even if it is, litigation is expected beyond that by both campaigns.
