Habitat for Humanity Broke Ground on a New Twin Home Development

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A new affordable housing development is officially under construction after a groundbreaking ceremony on Tuesday.

The Cliffview Heights project is being built in the northern part of Sioux Falls.

It’s the second affordable housing development being built by Habitat for Humanity in the city.

Cliffview Heights is expected to be completed by 2030 with eight twin home developments that will establish 16 new owner-occupied units
