CANTON, S.D. (KELO.com) – Lincoln County Commissioner Joel Arends is going to take another run at a moratorium on Data Centers.
His proposal is on track to pull the city of Sioux Falls into the discussion.
Commissioner Arends posted on social media that he’ll make the proposal at a joint meeting next week with the Sioux Falls City Council.
He’ll also propose a ban on non-disclosure agreements related to any proposed data center development.
