SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – A Harrisburg man will be in court this morning on a long list of charges related to a deadly accident in Sioux Falls last year.
Gavin Pauley was allegedly driving 86 miles an hour when he crashed with another vehicle at 57th and Veterans Parkway taking the lives of Charles and Linda Metzger.
He’s been indicted for vehicular homicide, manslaughter, DWI, reckless driving and racing.
