An Unexpected House Guest has the Fall River County Sheriff Warning Residents

FALL RIVER COUNTY, SD (KELO.com) – A western South Dakota family had an unexpected house guest this past week – a mountain lion.

The Fall River County Sheriff’s Office is warning residents to keep windows, doors and pet doors closed every night.

Open spaces like window wells and crawl spaces can also provide hiding places for the big cats.
