South Dakota DOT’s annual name the snowplow contest has begun.

Now that we’ve had our first brush with winter weather it’s time to name your favorite snowplow. The South Dakota Department of Transportation is taking entries for this year’s naming contest through December 12th. Past winning names include Luke Icewalker, Darth Blader, Betty Whiteout and the Blizzard of Oz.
