Jacobson Plaza now open in downtown Sioux Falls near falls park
SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Downtown Sioux Falls is quickly changing from industrial to residential, placing a priority on peace and quiet. The city’s Downtown Whistle Reduction Project gets underway with a construction project next Tuesday. The 1.6-million dollar project will improve key railroad crossings, starting with Eighth and Weber. The improvements will allow train engineers to stop routinely sounding horns at public crossings.
