DELL RAPIDS, SD (KELO.com) — A major fire has destroyed a popular business in downtown Dell Rapids. The Pinz Bowling alley and restaurant went up in flames early this morning. Julia Kaye of sister station Big Country 92.5 says owner Casey McCoy has been a mentor to youth. She calls it a heartbreaking sight. McCoy purchased the business in 2022. It appears as though fire crews were able to prevent the blaze from spreading to other nearby buildings.
