Company overcharged and delivered late results on COVID-19 tests

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota residents will receive over $50-thousand dollars as part of an 18-state settlement with GS Labs for excess fees on COVID-19 tests.  Attorney General Marty Jackley says the company also failed to deliver timely test results, and consumers were misled by company promises that were never kept.  South Dakotans who believe they are eligible for restitution can contact GS Labs at this link:  https://gslabstesting.com/
