Lincoln County Commissioners hold off on budget work until opening filled

CANTON, SD (KELO.com) — Budget talks are on hold in Lincoln County.  Commissioners have interviewed applicants for the District Two seat vacated by Betty Otten’s recent health-related resignation.  The have agreed to delay the budget discussion until next week, in hopes of selecting Otten’s replacement before beginning budget talks.
