SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Christine Erickson has only been Mayor of Sioux Falls a little over a week, and already, she has enticed a world-renowned visitor to the city. Mr. Monopoly joined the Mayor and Experience Sioux Falls officials at Falls Park Tuesday morning to announce a new twist on an old board game – Monopoly Sioux Falls. In this game, residents get to replace famous squares on the board like Atlantic City, Boardwalk and Park Place. The Mayor is all in. “I love that we’re going to involve the community to make this a game for you. This board game will be based right here in Sioux Falls to talk about the landmarks and special places you want to see in this game.”
