WATERTOWN, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Watertown man faces additional charges of sexually exploiting a minor.
23-year old Alex Kowalski was back in court yesterday after a young boy said Kowalski pinned him down in a bedroom.
He was already dealing with charges of assaulting another victim over a one-year period when Kowalski allegedly assaulted him during trips to soccer tournaments.
